Does every dog need training?
The answer is yes, they do. Does that mean baring them from having fun or even being harsh to them? No, absolutely not. In fact, most puppies enjoy learning new things, because you spend time with them and give them attention, and also because they love getting praised for their accomplishments.
Does it mean you need to put time and effort into your pup´s upbringing? Yes, it does. However, you should note that this is a necessary step and if you fail to teach your puppy a few basic and easy rules, this might put them, yourself, other people and other animals in jeopardy. Just think about when your dog is near a high traffic road and is about to run onto it, not understanding the danger of getting hit by a car. Would you want it to come to you when you call it? Of course you would, and in order to rely on this kind of security, you need to teach your pup a few things.
